Combuse: Horse mackerel (150 g) remove intestines and scale if possible, rinse well and pat dry. Rub inside and out with a mixture of salt and wild fennel. Fry three minutes per side in a little olive oil until crispy. (More recipes from the Chief cook of «PS Narina»)
Observations
On a regular boat there is only one regular course – and a thousand hazards that can cause one to stray off it. On a paper boat it’s different. The very course of the paper boat is the detour. That makes such a boat the ideal vessel for the lucky tourist who does not need to stick to the correct course.
