In the night I found an entire basket of sea urchins. I felt responsible for it, it was terribly stressful. Why the heck hadn’t I thought, in my dream, of eating them up? As it turns out, no sea urchins are available in Rebun on the following day. The ocean is too wild, harvesting from the rocks in the surf zone too dangerous, and consequently the trays in the shops remain empty. What a pity I had failed to tweak the interplay between dream and waking-state even a little bit.
